Train Instructions
From Tokyo/Narita Airport
You can purchase tickets in the arrival lobby for any one of the following choices of travel. Attendants at the desks speak fluent English. The cost will be about ¥3,000.
- The Narita Express train will take you to Ikebukuro or Shinjuku. From Shinjuku, take the Yamanote train line to Ikebukuro. Then follow the instructions below.
- The Keisei line's Skyliner or Limited Express trains will take you to Nippori. From there, take the Yamanote line to Ikebukuro. Then follow the directions below.
- Keisei runs buses from the airport to Tokorozawa. From there follow the instructions below.
From Ikebukuro station in downtown Tokyo
Use the Seibu-Ikebukuro line. Take any train—except an express or limited express—bound for Tokorozawa, Kotesashi, or Hanno. Local, semi-express, commuter express, and rapid trains will stop in Higashi Kurume.

From Tokorozawa
Use the Seibu-Ikebukuro line, any destination and any train except an express or limited express. Get off at the third stop.

Once you arrive at the Higashi Kurume station
Go up the stairs or elevator. Pass through the ticket gates and turn left to the east exit. Descend the stairs and exit the building. Turn right at the first street, just beyond the white building. Walk one block to the end of the road. Turn left. The campus is on your right and the entrance is just beyond the gymnasium. (See the map on our
contact page.) Please register in the business office when you arrive. Once you enter campus, walk past the gymnasium and straight on through the plaza to the double doors in front of you.
