CAJ's two middle school girls' soccer teams each played Seisen and ISSH on Saturday at CAJ. The Knights' A Team beat Seisen 4-1 and lost to ISSH 4-3, while the B Team lost to Seisen 1-0 and lost to ISSH 5-0.

Coach Kathryn Lewis commented on the team's performances:

"A Team came out strong against Seisen, relying on solid goaltending and defensive skills to move the ball up the field to finish with a number of well-executed goals. The ISSH game tested the team's stamina and they did well to keep up the scoring, which made for a thrilling ending.

B Team revealed their depth of character in battles against both Seisen and ISSH. The players showed improvement in passing, clearing and using space on the field and encouraged each other well!"

Against Seisen, Juna scored a hat trick with three goals. Kiera also had one goal. Against ISSH, Kiera scored again, and Hikari and Devika also had one goal each.

The A Team's next game will be January 22 at ASIJ. Everybody will be in action next on January 26 against NIS and YIS.
