Hot Spiced Tea

3/4 cup sugar
5 cups water
1/2 tsp whole cloves
1/2 tsp whole allspice
1/4 long cinnamon stick
4 tsp tea (OR 4 tea bags)
1/4 cup orange juice
2 Tbsp lemon juice

Boil sugar and 1 cup of water for 3 miutes; add spices tied in a bag. Boil 7 minutes longer. Boil remaining water; add tea and steep for 5 minutes. Cool. Add to spiced syrup with orange juice and lemon juice. Remove spices. Serve hot.
