Red Punch

4 cinnamon sticks
2 cups water
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 1/2 cups orange juice
3 cups cranberry juice
1.5 l (1 1/2 qt) lemon/lime soda

Directions: Simmer cinnamon and water for 10 minutes. Let this set overnight then remove cinnamon. Mix with next three ingredients and chill. Combine with soda just before serving.

  • preparation time: 15-20 minutes (+overnight)
  • makes: 10-12 servings
  • May also add vanilla ice cream.
