Roly Poly Rice Balls

1 cup mozzarella cheese
3 cup cooked rice
3 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 slightly beaten egg
1/2 tsp oregano or ItalianSeasoning


Combine all ingredients well. Wet hands and pack rice mixture into 1-1/2 inch balls (as if making snowballs). Place on greased baking sheets. Bake at 350 ̊F until firm.

  • Serve with spaghetti sauce for dipping.
