Taffy Apple Dip

1 (8oz or 200-250g) pkg cream cheese
1/4 cup peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1 tsp vanilla

Cream the cream cheese and peanut butter together. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill. Keeps in refrigerator for a few weeks. Serve with sliced apples to dip in it.
