Cheese Fondue or "How I Get My Kids to Eat Veggies"

Ingredients
1/3 cup margarine
1/3 cup flour
4 cups milk
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
dash of Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp lemon juice, optional
1/8 tsp nutmeg

Directions
Melt margarine in saucepan. Add flour and mix well. Add milk and stir until bubbly. Add cheese, and stir until melted. Add remainder of ingredients and heat through. Ladle into bowls. Serve with steamed bite-size pieces of broccoli, cauliflower, squash, sweet potato, potato, and carrots. Freshly cut apples and baked biscuits or crackers also go well dipped in the fondue.
