Ingredients
10 cups flour
2 tsp salt
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1/4 cup oil
3 cups fairly hot water
2 Tbsp dry yeast

• filling ingredients •

1 cup butter or margarine
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cup white sugar
6 Tbsp cinnamon

Directions
Mix flour, salt and sugar together in large bowl. In a smaller bowl, whisk together the eggs, oil and hot water. Make a well in flour mixture, put wet mixture into it and sprinkle yeast over top. Mix well and then knead for 8-10 minutes. If sticky, use a little oil on your hands. Shape dough into a smooth ball, cover bowl with saran wrap. Let rise until double in size, about 1 1/2 hours. Punch down and let rise again for 45 minutes. Then divide the dough into 3 parts and roll each part into 11”x13” rectangle about 1/2” thick. Brush with about 1/3 the butter. Sprinkle 1/3 of the cinnamon- sugar mixture over each rectangle of dough. Starting at the 13” side of the dough rectangle, roll the dough in jelly-roll fashion. Cut the roll into 1” slices. Place slices on greased 9”x13” pans or cookie sheets (12 rolls per pan). Cover with saran wrap. Let rise in warm place until almost double in size, about 30 minutes. Put into preheated 350 ̊F oven. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown. Dump pan upside down immediately. Cool.
